At least 10 Tank Cars Derail in Watertown, WI — Oil Leaking

November 8, 2015 | WBAY | A Canadian-Pacific Railway (CP)  train carrying crude oil derailed near Watertown, Wis. on Sunday around 2 p.m., according to Andy Cummings a spokesperson for CP.
